The excavation site Ganglegg 

 

Ganglegg above Schluderns is the best explored settlement in this height from the Bronze and Iron Age as well as the Romanesque Age.

Between 1997 and 2001 systematic excavations were made. The finds can be seen in the Vintschger Museum. Furthermore there is an archaeological park in Ganglegg, which means that the visitor can see buildings and other finds explained by texts and pictures.
